HILOS & TELAS, has raw materials of the best quality, imported from the United States for the production of its yarns: 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester blens, rayon-polyester blends, etc. These are yarns of various counts: Open-end and/or Air Jet, Murata, Twisted Yarns, Vaporized Yards, Dyed Yards, Waxed Yards, from 8/1 to 40/1, and Polyester and Nylon Texturized Yarns 75, 150, 300 etc.

Our yarn mill has the lastest machinery in spun yarn, producing in both Open End and Ring Spun.
 
We produce 100% cotton, 100% polyester and its blends.  We also have the ability to make Heather or Ash yarns.
 
Open End
In the Open End sector we spin yarn numbers from 4/1 to 35/1.  We have 1500 spindles and can produce up to 200,000 kgs per month.
 
Ring Spun
In the ring spun sector we can produce yarn numbers from 20/1 to 60/1 carded and from 20/1 to 50/1 combed.  We have 7200 spindles in this sector.
 
Texturizing
The texturizing yarn sector produces yarn from 70 denier to 150 denier, both compacted and uncompacted in one or two ply for either woven or knits.  In this area we are able to make 200,000 Kgs of yarn per month.
 
In either the spun or texturizing departments we can make ready to dye yarns.  We also have fully equipted QC department to ensure quality.  All lots are checked by the QC department via USTER investigating yarn characteristics before sending next process.
